The following are common FAQ regarding willcall repairs.


Where are you located and what are your hours?
Accutech is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. We are located in Gardena, California on 16617 S. Normandie Ave., STE C Gardena, CA 90247-5457. On Normandie Ave. between Artesia Blvd. and Redondo Beach Blvd. just minutes away from the 405, 91, 110, and the 105 freeway. Please call at 310-324-7406 to schedule an appointment.

From the 91 Freeway
Take the 91 Freeway West until it ends and becomes Artesia Boulevard. (where the 91, 405, and the 110 meet) Go to Normandie Boulevard and make a right. Go North for 1/2 mile to 166th and turn left. On Brighton turn left. We are located on the North side of the red brick building in Suite "C"

From the 110 Freeway
Take the 110 Freeway to the 91 Freeway West. Follow the instructions from the 91 Freeway from above.

From the 405 Freeway
Take the 405 Freeway to the 110 Freeway North to the 91 Freeway West and follow the instructions from the 91 Freeway from above.

What should I bring?
For warranty repairs, make sure bring in a copy of the original sale receipt from an authorized dealer as proof of purchase. If you misplaced your receipt, Please go back to your dealer to obtain a copy. Bring in your unit that needs service

What is the turnaround time?
Normal turn-around time for service is 3~5days. This may however change without notice if parts are on shortage.
